1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mabar189 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://mabar189.cam/ (the "Website").

4 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Player Account on mabar189. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mabar189 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities conducted through your Player Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying mabar189 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your contact information, including your registered email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date.

mabar189 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from mabar189 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are generally credited to Player Accounts instantly.
• FPX bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to processing by the participating bank.

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 11 Limitation of Liability

12 Responsible Gambling

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

• Direction or instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination of a Player Account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
